Please note that the brightness and efficiency of a Solatube means that smaller size Solatubes can be used to deliver the same light as a larger size diameter alternative:

a 250mm dia Solatube should be compared to a 300mm+ dia alternative system.

a 350mm dia Solatube should be compared to a 450mm+ dia alternative system.

Therefore you can install a smaller size Solatube to achieve the same amount of light as a larger size tube from anyone else.
